Okay, so I have a relatively open floorplan (the kitchen is closed off but I have plans to open it up for a one wall kitchen along the back wall next year. I just put in all new LVP flooring so it’s all the same throughout the apartment. In the interim, I am trying to see how large of a rectangular table I can get away with in the current designated dining room (there is a table that is 104” that I love but may just be too large). I’m hoping that I can reuse this table when I redo the kitchen and place it in front of what will be an 11’ island.

Current dining area is 12’6” by 12. I’m attaching a floorplan as it all flows into a large 22’ by 17’6” living room which will all be part of the living area. I’d love some help and guidance.
