If you want to view the picture when bathing, it is best to hang it lower.

Number 2 is a bigger square than number one and is throwing me off.

I'd consider number 3 which would be centered with the mirror. ( a little lower than the top of the mirror and a little higher than the bottom of the mirror.)

Also centered over the tile above the tub.

I’d hang it with the top of the frame the same as the mirror. You don’t want the eye to go up and down around the room. Then I’d put a tall live snake plant on the ledge of the tub by the vanity corner.
