My tomatoes and peas have tiny leaves. They are planted in good sandy soil with hose manure compose added. They are not in a raise bed. When I planted the plants they were healthy. Now 4 weeks later the new leaves are tiny and curled. It's the first time I have used fabric ground cover. Any idea why the leaves are small? I would add a picture if I knew how
