It is worth what the market will pay. It’s a piece designed to fit a television that stopped being made a decade ago in a color that died before that. In my area you would get a few hundred dollars.

Looks like oak with a cherry stain. Not a high quality piece. You might get a few hundred out of this.

I agree to post of a couple hundred bucks and see what you get. You might also want to look for similar items posted on facebook market place in your area to see what the market is. I'd be selective about the keywords you use to describe it. Leave the word TV out because nobody will use it for that anymore. "Armoire, hutch, storage cabinet great for clothes, linens, kitchen or dining room storage. Additional shelf or hanging rod can easily be added."
