It appeas that this is fig rust. Is there any treatment for this? Will Neem oil have any effect if I use it after the leaves and fruit are gone in the winter or early Spring? Is there another treatment that will help? I do get all the leaves away from the tree. I'm in Southeast Coastal Georgia where the humidity is very high and we have lots of rain. The tree gets 6 or more hours of direct sunlight.

I was hoping someone would respond to your post, as I have no idea what it is, and no experience with rust either.
