The Roman Cohort seedling looks interesting, as Roman Cohort grows well here. Click Bait seedling has nice sheen. They all look good; of course, you know more details about their performance.

So many lovely seedlings, I find myself running out of adjectives. I would be interested to know which of your lovelies have the best habits so far.

Wow! How can you not register them all, just for appearance? I wish I got such lovely seedlings. I have some I quite like, but nothing like yours. I can cross to heavily ruffled daylilies and get a plain Jane LOL

Sherry - The first set are all first-time bloomers, so you can't really tell much about their performance yet. And, as I have said repeatedly, pretty much everything here this season is short and has few buds. That certainly applies to most of the first-,time bloomers. The only ones with height and decent bud counts are three of the Bubblegum Queen kids. Two of my older seedlings that have gotten 40 + buds in the past only have a dozen buds per scape this season. So, no, I won't be talking about seedling performance this year.

Nancy - At this point, they are just pretty faces. I don't know that any of them will be registered. The only ones with the stats to be registered someday are three of the Bubblegum kids. But in a better year, who knows?

Mantis - The Roman Cohort seedling is 31 inches tall when most of the seedlings in that bed are 12-20 inches. So it's got something going for it.

Houzz is so crazy these days. I have gone to comment on this twice and it was not there. Hopefully it stays this time. I can refresh and a whole different set of posts show up.

However, that does not deter from the beauty of these. Hard to pick any favorites as they all offer different kinds of beauty. I love the pinks of course-I really like the Pink Extraordinaire seedling-the color and ruffles are so pretty. But they are all winners to a gardener like me!

My goodness, how lovely these are! I will try to just pick a few favorites, Spacecoast Night Vision X Violet Victory is gorgeous and I really like the color. I like the color, form, and the very fancy edges. Roman Cohort X The Ultimate Sacrifice beautiful form and color and, i do agree that Roman Cohort is a great plant so a great parent, color , form and consistency in bloom.

If you don't want the Francis busby seedling I can surely find a b place for that beauty.

Older seedlings, No Boys Allowed X Entwined in the Vine #1 I like the color and the form..
Pink Extraordinaire X $exy Samantha ; every time I see this one, I like the colors, the form the edge and it is funny because I am not always drawn to this much contrasting edge, but I just like it.

I did not comment on all of them, just a lot of them. I didn't even say how much I liked the form and color of Untamed Heart X So Irresistible .

You must just walk through that seedling bed with your coffee enjoying the beauty.

Kay - You are so generous with your compliments! Thanks for giving specifics about the ones you liked best! I'll keep the Busby seedling for a couple of years to see how it develops.

Kate - Houzz was crazy for a couple of days. I was commenting on Brad's post Monday when poof! - it disappeared from my screen. The Pink Extraordinaire seedling is lighter in color because of the dryness, and the scapes are shorter than last year. But I have a lot of pretty blooms because it multiplied so quickly to seven fans. It's got a couple of instant rebloom scapes on the way too!

I just got around to commenting on this post. Another group of beautiful seedlings! SC Night Vision X Violet Victory catches my eye. I love the deep color with the blue eye. I also like Cowgirl Spurs X Blazing Saddles) X Skater. That really dark eye with the pattern on the white petals is wonderful!

Thanks Nan - Most of the time (Cowgirl Spurs X Blazing Saddles) X Skater doesn't show the pattern. But when it does, it's pretty amazing.
