Earlybird Cardinal x Suzie Wong, the only survivor of my second attempt at a cross. I started out with about a half dozen seedlings but managed to kill off all but one. It's not much to brag about, but being the only one I must keep it.

Abilene Man of War - just bloomed today.

Un-named double, hybridized by Carol Sarginger of Stardreamer Daylilies in Ruckersville, VA. I bought it on my first or second visit to her farm. She had not named it, so I just call it the Sarginger Seeding. I did ask once, via e-mail, if she had named it but she did not respond, so my name stands.

Suzie Wong has always been one of the most floriferous hybrids in my yard and is leading the pack again this year .

I'm not feeling very loquacious this evening so I'll just bid adieu and invite you all to enjoy the photos.

Betty Ford is a very nice red color. Appealing to me. The form on the double is good, and Chubby Sam stands out to me too..............Maryl

Nice to see some blooms from you garden. I would keep the seedling too. Has it rebloomed for you like Earlybird Cardinal does?

Lava Flow is also so bright. I missed mine blooming this year. Betty Ford is a rich color.

I need to get Lava Flow one of these days, just for that extra early bloom it has. I am thinking it is a rebloomer? I need to look that up. I like Chubby sam!

Beautiful blooms,Dave, !Lava Flow looks gorgeous does Betty Ford, but I really like Chubby Sam too. Your clump of Susie Wong looks really good.

Lava Flow is a beauty! We have had it for many years but it doesn't rebloom for us. Chubby Sam is nice too. Susie Wong is impressive in a clump.

Abilene Man of War impresses me with its bright colors and heavy gold edge. Lava Flow and Chubby Sam are nice ones too. That seedling is a pretty one to keep!

Hardly anything reblooms for me. Perhaps they are unhappy with benign neglect.

Nice clear pictures. I see that Betty Ford is in a pot. She has generally been disappointing here, but we are a full zone colder. Legends of the Fall looks good.
