right click on any link .. and 'OPEN IN NEW WINDOW' ....

this leaves your original window intact.. so you can go back to it... but allows you to look at the new one....

let me know if this works...

i guess it presumes you are using a mouse and a laptop or desk top... only dweebs ... god and children would know how to do it on a phone.. lol ...

Despite my intentions to use my laptop more -and stop wrecking my hand joints) my phone is always at hand so i use it.

And im neither a dweeb or child ( though i may be headed back in that direction) which speaks to a sense of incomprehension with your directions

I’m no expert, but basically not all things are created equal using different devices. If you are using the phone, it is likely stupidly set to go back to the top with each back/forth of your search instead of remaining where you last were. Probably as mentioned using a Google search would be easier - again, not an expert, but you’d probably type in Google the key words and your name in quotes, indicating that they must be in the search, e.g.: “Marie Tulin” “Houzz.com” “the forum that eludes me”…

yes.. you complained you kept getting lost going back and forth from your original page... i made a suggestion to stop that.. if you were an anything but a phone... it was a problem you specifically stated.. so i answered it..

though of course.. that wasnt the gist of your post... i left that to others...

if you do open the Chromebook.. point at my name above this reply.. and right click on it.. and all kinds of options will appear in the window that opens...
