My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I know you want to, but you shouldn't. It won't like conditions indoors, though it might do ok in front of a sunny window left open.
Don't be afraid to pinch that tree. It's better to pinch in order to redirect and control growth than to allow the tree to spend a bunch of energy you'll need to prune off in large chunks when you suddenly realize it's grown way out of bounds. Pinching not only conserves the plant's energy and allows you to redirect growth in areas where growth is needed, it keeps the plant full and tight.
