We have a newly built basement with concrete flooring (photo attached in comments), we're not planning to finish it for the next two years, meanwhile we wanna use it as a play area/movie room. But the floor gets too dusty. Can I seal/paint the floor? If yes, what products should I avoid? Would the floor need to be grinded off later when we professionally finish the basement? There's only a small area(bathroom) that needs to be tiled.
