What type of climate is this property in? Tile is common in hot climates. LVP is frequently used in rentals in other locations. Are you replacing all the flooring or just some of it? If it's not a total replacement, show us a picture of what will be left that you need to match. Unless it's a low dollar rental you will want to keep the aesthetics in mind.

Look at Coretec LVP. No scratching, easy to clean and comes in many choices. Easier to on your joints than standing on tiles.
