I hope you didn't pay much for the seeds. Like all pruning group 2 clems, Fujimusume is a hybrid (and in this case, a hybrid of hybrids) and will not come true to form from seed.

If you can't find locally to at least take some cuttings, then your best bet is to get put on the waiting list at one or more of the specialty clematis vendors that sell this vine, like Digging Dog or Brushwood, both of which are sold out for the season.

Thanks for the info @gardengal48 (PNW Z8/9). I’m on the waitlist for both sites. Luckily, I only spent $5 for the seeds, but do feel like Jack buying some magic beans. I clearly have a lot to learn about these plants, so appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Plus you should know...that at least with my local native clematises, they have a double dormancy and you can expect two winter stratification cycles before they germinate. Ie 2 years.

While not difficult for someone experienced with seeds, it is NOT in the class of marigolds and impatiens.
