Its not a difficult fix, but, sounds like you need someone to fix it. Call a drywall person. The corner molding needs to be removed. It needs new corner bead on the outside corner, and it needs a bit of taping and mudding. Get someone that knows drywall, to make the repairs for you.

This is one of those types of problems that will be difficult to find someone to do the work. It is a small job that will require multiple visits to complete. Maybe you can find a handyman willing to take it on and maybe the handyman will do a half decent job. But the odds of that are not in your favor.

These are the kinds of jobs that force a homeowner into learning a certain amount of DIY skills if they want to see the job done.
