I also was attracted to the idea of a side by side tub+ shower combo, and that is how I read the picture initially. However, this is actually a tub with shower running the full width of the back wall, and a sink in the foreground. The way the back edge of the tub lines up (in the photo) with the edge of the sink, combined with the wide angle lens, makes an Escher like illusion.

I think that is a really interesting idea to have a side by side shower/tub. My wife and I are getting ready to remodel our bathroom, and I think that we would have space for something like this. With my age, it's hard for me to stand up while in the shower, and most bathtubs are too small for my body.
