Hi I think if you take a named variety and grow that seed it won't be that named variety, they graft peach trees so that they are the same named variety. I have a few peach trees, but I have no seeds stored from them right now, maybe in August or so they probably would be ready then, perhaps you should post later on after the growing season if nobody has seeds stored right now.
