window grids need replaced

We are renovating an old home. When we removed the window grids to clean, they disintegrated. Where do I go to replace them? Is it possible to find vinyl grids instead of wood? (I have no idea of the window manufacturer. Just old and not of good quality) Thanks!

Let's see a pic of what you have. Might be able to tell you the brand from a picture.

Most manufacturers have phased these out. I would Google a company in Missouri called Creative Millwork. They used to do custom grilles etc. and the like.
