My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I stole this photo off of the internet. it is of Hornbaker Gardens, Inc. What I need is a forklift driver and a get-away vehicle. I prefer a truck better make it a simi. I will provide interference. Anybody in? What a fun day it would be to go there. I have not used them, but these look AOK to me! Let's go!

    Well, I must say you guys were no help. I got my own driver, and I loaded up the truck faster than the Beverly Hillbillies did on the move to Californie. Hills that is. Swimming pools ....

    I did take a look at the Hornbaker Gardens webpage and after reading good reviews on the American Hosta Society Facebook page I do believe I am going to order from them. Prices looked good and if I can get pips, I will be happy. It is hot here, so I am taking a few days off to unload this truck. The neighbors are starting to give me looks.
