What to do if queen palm trees are over pruned?

My landscaper dramatically over pruned my queen palm trees and I'm very upset/concerned about the health of these trees moving forward. Is theere anything I can do to make sure these tree's grow and fill out properly? They appear to be shaven down to a pencil top kind of look. Very upsetting.

Well, as long as the leader was not cut out, it will recover.

The only thing you can do is to feed and water lavishly to help it grow as quickly as it can.

Do you feed with a good palm food?
