What size TV??

I’m moving into my new house next week and need a new tv. What size is the previous owner’s tv? Or what size do you recommend? The room is only 300 square ft and I plan to put the couch closer to the center and not next to the stair rail.
Also taking recommendations on couches! I have two camel/tan leather armless chairs.
