What are those spots on my Easter Cactus?

I received these Easter cactus leave cuttings in spring, rooted them then planted them. I noticed these rough brown areas on the leaves recently.
1) what is it, how can I deal with it ?
2) Should I worry about contamination as this pot is presently outdoors, among other Thanksgiving cacti, an Easter cactus and various orchid cacti.
