Do you have the option of changing more than just the color?

Are you brave enough to ask if some improvements can be made to the design? Like raise the front gable to have its eave line up with the eaves in the rest of the house, which will make the house appear taller. Eliminate the fake stone if it can not go all the way around the house. Eliminate the fake shutters. Add windows to the sides of the house, which will more natural light and ventilation to the interior spaces.

It’s not a custom. So I’m sure it’ll be no. We actually chose this design because the taller design with the raised gable was unfortunately not available anymore. I think because our neighbors chose the same , so they’re wanting diversity for homes next to each other.

The floating stone above the large garage door is inappropriate to the point of looking a little ridiculous. If stone is used elsewhere it should extend from the ground to the roof or the second floor line and wrap around any corners.

For this style house I would avoid beige or dark trim.

The 1 1/2 story gable attached to a 2 story house is very strange. It would look better if the corner boards were the same color as the siding but it will aways look like a contractor error.
