The whites will not match. Cafe is a cold blue white. It's far easier to use stainless for everything. It reflects it's surroundings and blends in. Stick with the name brand for any quartz. Not the off brands.

I think you have a great plan going. Not familar with the coutertop choices, but I would do the island the statement choice and the perimeter countertops something very calm.

Thanks so much DeWayne! I was afraid of that with the appliances. We love them stand alone in the store, but I think they wouldn't work with the white cabinets. What do you mean by "off brands" for the quartz? We went to an MSI and found these slabs mentioned above-- is this considered an off brand??

@DeWayne said it before I could: you will be happier with all stainless appliances. I don't require every appliance to match, but when they're all stainless they just sort of blend into the background, and, since they're appliances, that's what you want.
