I like them. I agree, some big pots on the porch, for additional color, and if you can find some outdoor type pillows in that color, or a flower print, with that color, for the chairs, that would look nice.

The shutters are black? Why not same black, the side door white? NOT LOVING the chairs there : ) Too bulky for a small spot. A couple lovely pots, and some greenery instead?

Truthfully? The shutters are wrong for the windows, especially lower bays. Maybe remove, paint the window trim black or a deep charcoal and door same : ) Garage door white....and really, windows in it would be quite nice.

Hi. I don't think the blue color works with the black shutters. I'd choose either black, red, orange or yellow. Also, the chairs are too bulky. Paint the secondary door the siding color.

I would suggest a lighter color. Painting doors a dark color loses any detail the door might have.

I would also paint the side door white. I think the blue is fine with the black shutters, though I also agree that the shutters don’t work with the first floor windows. A lighter blue may look better with the black. Or any of the colors mentioned above. I prefer front doors to be a different color than the shutters, unless there is already too much color, so I think it’s fine to use a color on your door. The chairs are the wrong scale (short and squat) for the porch. Planters will bring life and be easier to fit in that area.

The blue is a bold but beautiful choice. Agreed on replacing bulky chairs with 2 large flanking pots with greenery. Perhaps some bulkier outdoor lighting fixtures? Larger lantern style? If pot greenery goes tall like a topiary then lighting change less significant as negative space will be filled.

Personally, I like to see a front door‘s color that is complementary/working with roof/shutters/style of home. Looks like your shutters/roof are a darker grey and found this color (or something similar) which I think woluld be more flattering and attractive. Color is such a personal decision though.

I’d skip the chairs (unless you will be using) and instead add a larger mat and planters.

I’d also paint garage door the same as siding or shutters.
