I would stick with the colors you already have, since it goes with the roof, and the driveway. Once done, then add a color on the front door, and maybe some colorful pots of flowers, for a bit of interest. It looks good with the color it has.

I don’t disagree with cat_ky but I wonder about garage doors. They look lighter in color than body of house - if they are, I’d paint them same as body. Usually I like the european look beam trim over the body of the house to be darker to show up but I think with your paver drive & brick lower trim it would be too busy so what’s there now looks good / best. I’m not sure about the white trim around windows - I think that should be the darker trim color. If your driveway garage lights are white as appears, I’d paint them a bronzy brown color

I would get rid of all that Tudoresque trim for sure and I personally do not like the color of the house with brick. I would do avery soft sage green to enchace that brick and that garage doors the smae color since IMO they do not need to be highlighted .. I know awater is an issue but really you need some color in some form for landscaping I think ,maybe 2 huge plantrs one on each side of the garage in front of those brick pieces , fill the planters with a ton of plants that flower easy enough to water with a watering can once a day A color like this maybe a bit lighter.

I would remove most of the decorative trim, except maybe around windows/doors/garage and because of your white windows, I would paint the trim, fascia and soffit white. Can the brick be painted?
