I’m not sure what you’re really asking about, but if you’re worried about the tall soaring walls way above your head - ignore them.

The second picture of the completely flat, wide open wall above the room next to the stairwell, I MIGHT hang a huge tapestry. Or I might not. Ignore the others.

That is my concern. The big three panel walls over fire place, and the entry way has 4 large niches that need to be filled. I like whites and tan and beige but am not afraid of anything really. It’s a grand h9me and I don’t want it to suffer from my lack of knowledge with this 90’s style home. :)

Those niches don’t need filled. IMO of course.
