Is he concerned with budget or does he like the two tone combo?

If he likes the two tone match the light quartz for where there is Formica. If there is room in the budget eliminate the raised island and replace all the counters with one mateoal

Match the cream or the black quartz throughout. Since your largest piece is the cream quartz then choose that to stay on a budget.

I prefer light bouncing up from lighter counters, but since you have a lot of windows, so you could do black countertops. They're dark at night, though.

Thanks everyone. Now he’s looking a stone with color. Only leaving cream part of the island. I can’t make the raised part of the island low like the rest. I have cabinets on each end of it:)

Not a fan of differing countertops. If you can afford to replace all I would suggest that. All countertops of the same material gives a kitchen a much more cohesive look.

I think it is important to understand the whole issue of 3 counters. If it is impossible to lower the raised island part then probably easier to match the cream quartz for it all Not my choice but probably the cheapest and easiest. You do realize to change the formic will require taking the cabinets off the wall since they sit on the fromica counter . As for blue you do not need to add blue in the counter just becuase you have water outside and the blue lights are okay and all cream counters will be a great look . I do not like quartz so for me I would be looking for a nice real stone just like hubby but budget is huge issue often.

It looks to me like the cream counter is not quartz but rather one of those molded one piece counters with the integrated sink (I could be wrong) If so thats something that isn't as common now and so you might have a hard time getting a match. You might get something similar but I doubt you'd get a match.

I would probably look at doing the black everywhere. It looks like it would be easier to get a matching slab if you want to have all of your counters matching.

I personally don't mind having 2 different counters in a kitchen but I wouldn't put 2 different colors/ counters on the island. I would keep it to Island vs outer cabinets.
