Not my plant but owner says in a cabinet with grow light, 80-90% humidity, 75°F, never lets substrate dry out.

The concentric circular blemishes look a lot like a bacterial blight, not oedema. Aroids do get them. But I have no idea if that is the problem here. https://gardenforindoor.com/bacterial-leaf-spot-on-monstera/
