We are finishing our basement and want to include tv area, play area for our little kids that will eventually hold a pool or ping pong table in a few years, small wet bar, gym, full bath, and at least one guest bedroom. Anything else you would consider (within reasonable cost)? Thoughts on our layout? What would you change? The one thing we couldn’t do is a golf simulator as our ceilings are only 8 ft. And right now we have 2 bedrooms but we only need one. We don’t need a wine cellar.
