There isn't enough brick to cause a problem. Instead, update you landscaping.

It might be that the bricks need a gentle cleaning.

Your new grass is great but you can't just have a grass front yard. Get some shrubs in there.

I don't think the brick is the problem. If you paint it your house will look just like your next door neighbor's. I would have left off the shutters on the second story and the other commenters are right about the landscaping. I don't care for the wrought iron pillars however. I would like white wood columns better. IMO unless you're in New Orleans wrought iron is out of place on a colonial home.

I would leave the brick alone until you’re ready to tackle the stone change, it looks fine. Maybe have brick power washed if needed. Since there’s no plant bed I get the impression you prefer to not have one. But consider painting front door a pretty color and then get a large complimentary flower pot to place right side of the door. Get seasonal annual flowers in colors that pop.
