I wonder if it could be a Penstemon sp.

do you have access to the yard.. or are you a balcony grower... though many things can winter over in pots.. it is often much easier.. to throw it in the ground for winter.. and let ma nature take care of it.. and repot it in spring... rather than keeping it in a pot that freezes solid in toronto in winter..

sorry about the focus ... I can't do any better because of my hands. The flowers look like faces with wide open mouths and little white teeth on top and bottom. Hope this helps!

I tried to enlarge the in-focus background. Unfortunately, the bigger it got, the more blurred it was. Don't know if it will help.

Thanks so much to everyone who posted! It's definitely Angelonia. From what I've read

it can winter indoors when nighttime temperature reaches 60º F - with indoor temperature at around 65º F. I'll be enjoying Angelonia all winter.
