Banana plant stock separating after being sprayed with Dawn’s mixture

i sprayed my java banana plants with a dawn and water mixture. now the stalks are seperating from the plants and the base of the plants are full of water. it has been 3 days. wha what do i do? the plants are 9 months olds and approx 10 ft tall. i have 9. i raise from 1 . have i killed them?
