My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does this Coffee Table look to be 22 inches tall?

Seller's description:

Vintage Mid Century Scandinavian Teak Coffee Table, $200

Condition, Used - Good

Shape, Octagon

Color, Brown

Material, Wood

Used Scandinavian teak coffee table with cane magazine rack.

The table is 30.5 inches wide, 4.5 feet long, and 22 inches tall

The coffee table has sun damage and will need to be refinished. There is also some damage to a few of the cane strips.

To me it also looks like the leg was used for a cat scratching post.

    Don't ask the seller to confirm the measurements...obviously he has spatial issues.
