Thank you for the information Mantis. His is a name well known in the daylily world. He and his long time partner David Kirchhoff have produced many fine daylillies. I don't have any of Mr. Morss daylilies personally, but here is an older article about them. RIP....Maryl

Sorry to hear this. The only Morss daylily I have is Undercurrent, its been good here…..one of the few that has rebloomed for me.

Sorry to hear of Mort's passing. I met him twice, once at the Winter Symposium here and once at Daylily World in KY. He was a lovely person. I currently have four of his intros: Ripples and Reflections, Julie Newmar, Violet Victory and God Save the Queen. I used to have his Karelia, and it has produced some very nice seedlings for me.
