Hiding wall AC on tv wall

Hello, I have been holding off on decoding this wall because of the AC unit. Now I am ready to tackle this project and considering creating a build-in tv unit. Ideally with top cabinets with doors to hide the ac. However, my top preference is a bump out wall with recessed electric fireplace, shiplap, and floating shelves on the side. I just don't know how to discreetly hide the wall unit. Getting rid of the unit is not an option. Any ideas?
