Fiddle leaf fig tree: is this normal or an infestation?

I’m inexperienced with fiddle leaf fig trees. Is this an infestation or regular part of the tree? I looked up spider mites but I don’t think they look like spider mites. Anyone has ideas what the black dots are? They are on two stems, not every stem.
