Fiddle leaf fig tree: normal or infestation

I’m inexperienced with fiddle leaf fig trees. Is this an infestation or regular part of the tree? I looked up spider mites but I don’t think they’re spider mites. Anyone know if the black dots are normal? They appear on only two stems, not every stem.
