Be sure to select a subway tile line that offers you size selection and trim pieces you want. Basic series do not have all the bits and pieces available.

Obviously, you should do what you like. Just be sure you are not just doing something because it is expected or safe.

An all white bathroom, like an all white kitchen, may be timeless, but by default, is just going to lack a lot of creativity. Don't get me wrong, I think it can be sleek and elegant. I'm just suggesting that you search your heart to see if this is what you really want and to explore a few alternative ideas just to cement in your mind that it is what you really want.

I am a bit jaded, sorry. It seems to me that so many posts here are white subway tile. Obviously, there wouldn't be so many if people didn't really like them. But I also think people are afraid to branch out--tiling is so expensive and fear of a mistake I think holds some back.
