I would place a console table behind the sofa ( assuming that it’s staying ) with either buffet lamps or wall sconces & hang a larger piece of art on the wall , hung lower than what you have now. You didn’t ask this , but i would think about having a chunkier mantle ( or even none at all , but it looks like you have brick corbels ) with a piece of art above. Looks like two swivel chairs would be nice facing your sofa, replacing a love seat ?, might work well with TV viewing .

I like your space, it’s warm and inviting. Consider moving the table and plant to the left of the fireplace, and putting that nice tower light in that corner. When budget allows maybe look for a larger (wider) rug and a round coffee table to break up all the rectangular lines going on. I would just lower the art so it’s about 6-8 inches above sofa height and then decide if you want a console below it.

Lovely room but a TV should not block a window. Place the TV and stand on that wall instead. The sofas could then be arranged in an L configuration with one sofa to face the TV and the other the fireplace.
