I had a retaining wall built 6 months ago at the time I noticed it may be slanted but I was fine with it. I figured it just might be my own pickiness. The other day I had a mason over to look at my chimney and he made a comment on the wall saying it’s leaning and won’t last more than a few years. He advised I call the mason who built it and request he come fix it. I’m wondering if there’s truth to his comments or if he’s just looking for an extra job.

I’m a very non confrontational person and the thought of having to battle and go to court over this scares me (as I’m sure the mason will not be thrilled to redo his work).

I’m wondering if others can see the slant in these photos and if you think I have a case.
