Replacement bay window - how would you fix this?

I have spent a lot of time researching and finally replaced old broken framed, foggy glass windows in my traditional style 90s house. I like the windows in the rest of the house but hate what they did to the bay window!
This bay window over my kitchen sink has large drywall columns. I previously had 3 original single hung windows. With the window sales person we decided the picture windows on outside worked and the casement in the middle. It's super hard to reach and so like the idea but not easy to reach to open.
The casement window arrived 1/2" too small so they're remaking it. I have 2 options:
1- replace middle casement window with correct size and 1/4" smaller frame
2- replace middle with picture window matching outer windows. Still has ugly bulky frame but slightly smaller.
I don't really like either option but haven't figured out any other choice.
