I just picked up an igloo ice maker on fb marketplace . It makes ice but the power and large cube indicator lights don’t work and it only makes small cubes. the guy said it had no issues.

I can live with it for $40, but there ia a wierd thing on the bottom that troubles me. It looks almost like caulking. Anyone know what this might be?
