What are my options with finishing basement cinderblock wall?
This wall was previously painted but when I removed mirrors that previous owners had on there some paint came off, and I also noticed paint bubbling and cracking in a couple spots.
What are my options to finish this wall?
For context this is in a 70’s townhome, the other side of the cinderblock is underground. I’m installing wood looking laminate flooring and making this into a spare room.
