I‘m going to get a few, I may have to be inventive with my placement this spring since I’m limited on sunny spots but ai can’t resist. Between this and the end of season bulb sales I’ve been busy plotting for spring.

I wonder if the rose they have as 'The Bishop' really IS 'Velours Episcopal', as they claim? They do state it is NOT the rose *I* know and grow as The Bishop, which is Belle Évêque/Rosier Evêque (and about a dozen other synonyms). I would love to have the true Velours Episcopal. Considering RVR's track record of sending the wrong rose at the best of times, would I be taking a double fool's chance? lol.
