Hi, I just bought this property it is a few miles away from the beach. Do you have any tips to increase curb appeal?

I was thinking about the following:

• Paint the facia white
• Paint window and door trim black.
• Add lights above the garage door. There are already lights there. Like this.
• Paint rest of the house - I was thinking Quiet Moments or Pebble Beach. What are your thoughts? The other idea was white.

• Remove railing and either do (i) Black railing stainless steel cables, or horizontal wood railing.
• Put 2 porch lights on the patio. Like this.

Should I remove the wood trim near the garage? any other ideas?

I was thinking about have a similar look to this house.

Any other ideas?
