We used a factory-certified Sub Zero installer recommended by the appliance dealer. Using them had the benefit of extending our warranty. As The Kitchen Place stated above, our contractor did not want to touch it due to the cost of the units.

Okay, this makes sense.

I guess its just that I know my cabinet guys personally and I don't know who is going to deliver this.

My cabinet guys are extremely meticulous custom cabinet makers, not run of the mill installers of manufactured cabinets. I am not saying that to be snobby, I did a very modest kitchen, but they typically do extremely custom work for very demanding clients where cabinetry alone can run into the $100Ks. I just know they would be extremely careful and they were the ones who installed the one in my last apartment because it sat in the apartment for months before install.

Go with whomever makes you comfortable. None of this is rocket science and if your cab guys are that good - let them do it.

Certified Subzero installer for the warranty as well as the equipment to move the beast(s) and the process training that got them certified. The best will keep your cabinet guys from having to redo.

The hacks that install washers, dryers & refers from the big box store aren't the same & we often have to reinstall their work.

I just verified that it will be a certified S-Z installer, so am good. The last time, like I said, I took delivery in advance of when it was installed--by months-- so it was a different situation.
