Don’t buy a suite. One brand does not make the best of everything or will have the features you are looking for with each appliance. Not one appliance in my kitchen is the same brand. They are all stainless steel though. You will find it is the same for many on Houzz/Gardenweb.

Yeah - what they said - don't buy a suite. My neighbors just did that and are horribly disappointed.

While I’m sure there’s wisdom in saying one brand doesn’t make the best of everything, it seems kind of incomplete to say that without specifying which appliances are a concern. Thermador does make a well rated dishwasher and cooktop as would be expected from BSH, not sure one way or the other about ovens.

Re the KODE500 oven mentioned above, I came close to buying it. But when I asked KA if the historical problems with the blue enamel had been resolved, they didn’t directly answer the question, simply said they’d supply touch up paint should I have problems. As if that were not disconcerting enough, in the showrooms we visited Every. Single. Kitchenaid. had small shards and enamel dust that would be picked up with a quick wipe with a tissue. We did not find that in other brands, and we were specifically looking. I don’t know if that was indicative of a problem or just leftover from manufacturing that needed to be cleaned, but given the history when my wife saw that she said no way. And she was the one drawn to the ovens in the first place.
