We live in Michigan. Installed 1800sqft Cali Antique Java Solid Bamboo in 2017. It's held up very well. I installed it myself using 18ga nails. Anything else will crack it. It held up with our pitbull running around the house. Absolutely no scratches. Just like any product you have to prep properly otherwise you'll have problems. We used felt paper as underlayment which was approved by Cali. Cali was excellent to deal with. I got the flooring from Lowe's but Cali support was very good. They even sent us extra boxes of flooring due to installation issues not their doing. I am about to order a few more boxes for another room.
