Not a chance that would satsify the requirement. Your commercial designer who deals in conctract level products every day has options for more attractive things, but they still will not be unobtrusive and "pretty".

You might be in luck with some LED lighting over what we have at my work which is floresent lights that are ugly and utilisrian. Best wishes…

The model you need and quantity depends upon the length of space you need to illuminate as shown here; scroll down to see the fixtures. Amazon sells the basic EU2C for $27 while the EU2L is $23.

Silicon Valley around 2000? when Enron was doing its thing. We frequently lost power, an executive was caught in a restroom when the power went off. I do not know about code.

I worked in cost accounting, I was curious and went into the executive restroom and turned off the lights….complete darkness. The other restrooms had door vents, at least on could find an exit.

During that time, many employees obtained Uninteruptable Power Supplies UPS for their computers. No Cloud in those days.

There was enough light from windows to navigate, even work.
