Basement Apartment Entryway

In need help figuring out storage and organization of Our Entryway. When you come In the door from outside you enter directly onto stairs then another door at the bottom of the stairs another door to enter the apartment. I currently have coat hooks on the back on the bottom door but it looks very cluttered down here and is driving me nuts. Please help!!!
