which end table?

I am re-doing my living room (floor, paint, furniture). I recently purchased a new sofa and although it's approximately the same size as my previous sofa, I'm surprised how large it looks in my room. Suddenly my room look so much smaller! I am wondering which end table I should choose? I've considering 3 -- a smaller metal one with a drawer and glass, one with just a shelf, and a larger one with metal. Do any of these work? I've attached some pics -- of the general layout and also of the 3 end tables. All of the black furniture will be replaced (still a work in progress!), except for the piano.

I would go with the first glass end table---the one that doesn't have the wood shelf in it. I have something quite similar myself in my livingroom. I have a beautiful glass coffee table. You might want to consider one. You need a bigger coffee table than the one you have.

Of the three shown, I like the one with glass and just the thin wooden shelf.

That's the one I'm leaning towards too. I can see a round one working too -- like that idea! Thank you so much!

I like the idea of a round one also. Wayfair has quite a few that might work for you. Be sure to watch the height -- some of them look rather tall.

C-tables might work better for you in this situation, however if it is only between these, the last one seems to work the best. You could also look at doing round tables, to add more curves. Please see our designs below for other side table ideas:
